When we write copy, aim to be understood not to impress. I used to think that for a writer to look good, he ought to use big words and flowery words. I didn’t know that simple words are more effective. Kaya ako natatagalan mag isip kasi ang iniisip ko yung words na pag nabasa ng readers ma impress sila at humanga, mali pala yun? I really liked how you wire the mindset of your audience by letting them cherish their small wins and by also providing them highly valuable information. The biggest takeaway that I have with this lesson is that you have to write emails with stories that your customers can relate to. You have to make sure that you’re prioritizing simplicity and clarity over creativity.
